Do you offer returns or exchanges? 

As these are individually made, All sales are final once purchased. I will only offer a refund if an item is faulty and you are able to show evidence of this.

In terms of exchanges, I only offer them on white vests and baby-tee’s if the item is too small. This is because these are the only items I usually already have stocked. Everything else is made to order and shipped in from an external manufacturer or a 1/1.

How do I wash my item?
Printed tee’s and hoodie’s are fine to wash as normal
All hand painted items are made with fabric products which are water/wash resistant but I would recommend hand washing or if using a washing machine please put on a gentle cycle to avoid any damage to the piece.
Avoid mixing dyed pieces with light colours

Are Lollie pieces available for hire?
